Responsibilities:

• Complete extensive training regarding the product line.
• Maintain a strong knowledge base of all new product makes and models.
• Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
• Call, follow up and follow through with customers to set appointments.
• Internet Sales Representatives support online customers through our eSales office.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Must be willing to commute.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with phones or telemarketing experience in the following fields: business development and customer service.
• Previous experience with the process of the scripts, power tracks, and alternative choices.
• Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude at the first point of contact with any potential client/customer.
• Quality customer service skills and sales track record.
• Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships. (i.e., a “people person")
• First-class verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills including the ability to initiate dialogue with BDC Manager and communicate effectively and efficiently.
• Organized, multi-tasked, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential and required.
• Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections.
• High personal achievement standards.
• Professional Appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
